Exhibition of results of the traveling workshop LABLAX 2015, coordinated by Professor Claudio J. Rossi of Universidad de los Andes, with the support of Manuel Saga as teaching assistant. Students of the workshop took a 4 weeks training program at Bogotá and then traveled through cities and landscapes in California for two weeks, including locations in Los Angeles and San Francisco. In Los Angeles, the students participated in an intensive 3-day design studio at Sci-ARC, with emphasis on digital design tools.
The exhibition took place in September 2015 at the Architecture Department of Universidad de los Andes. It was designed by the students of LABLAX, supported by the curatorial guidance by Claudio J. Rossi and Manuel Saga. The exhibition featured panels, plans, maps, texts, diagrams, photography, video, and travel sketchbooks.
